The order is subject to stock availability, sufficient credit line in the card account and acceptance of the Mail Order Agreement by MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd and the merchant(s).

Items accepted in good condition are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Prior to acceptance, the CardMember or the recipient on his behalf shall examine the goods to ensure he is satisfied with the goods.

MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd, its agents and suppliers will not accept liabilities arising from the use of the products.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of goods after order.

All mail order delivery shall be processed after the 10 days cooling off period. If you wish to expedite the delivery, you are to indicate your consent to waive this right in writing to MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd or by checking the tick box in this order form.

Cancellation of orders must be served in writing to MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd before the end of the 10 days cooling-off period. Thereafter, the contract shall be deemed as binding

While MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd or its supplier shall make all due attempts to deliver the goods ordered to the address specified for delivery, if it is unable to effect such delivery for any reason whatsoever, the CardMember shall not have any claims whatsoever against MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd in such event.

The full installment amount as approved by MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd will be blocked at the point of approval under the installment scheme. The amount will be released gradually as per the monthly installment amount debited to the CardMember's account.

The terms and conditions herein are in addition to the terms and conditions in the CardMember agreement applicable to the Card Account and in the event of inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the said agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the mail order agreement and the purchase of the item(s) by the CardMember.

MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice to the CardMember. The items offered herein are subject to change and/or upgrading of products specifications, prices, software bundles and free gifts without prior notice.

In the event of manufacturing defect, CardMember must return the merchandise to MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd within fourteen (14) days upon receipt. Merchandise must be in good order and in its original packaging.

MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd has the right to accelerate billings for cancelled accounts.
