CLIK 'n SHOP provides MBF CardMembers with a secure and convenient online shopping experience 24 hours a day. Products offered through CLIK 'n SHOP are of exceptional value exclusive to MBF CardMembers who will gain either cash savings, additional BonusLink points or both! MBF CardMembers can proceed to purchase online after a one-time registration for MBF Online Services that is FREE and available to MBF CardMembers only.

  You can view and purchase products at CLIK 'n SHOP 24 hours a day. It features specially selected lifestyle merchandise for you to choose at your finger tips.
   
  If you ‘re a first time user of any of our on-line services, you must Register Here. Subsequent access to any of our services will be via the User ID and Password chosen by you during the registration process.

  CLIK 'n SHOP offers attractive cost savings and/or BonusLink points to MBF CardMembers. We constantly review our selection of merchandise to offer the value buys and cash savings to MBF CardMembers.
   
3. Safe, Secure & Reliable
  CLIK 'n SHOP Service has a Server Digital Certificate issued by Thawte Server Certification, a VeriSign company, which is a global provider of digital certificate products.
  For your peace of mind,
 
  • a Transactional Approval Code will be issued to you immediately after each successful transaction.
  • we provide a cooling-off period of 10 days from the date of your online order to enable you to cancel your order (if you wish to do so) within the 10 days. Therefore, if you want us to commence our delivery process before the end of the cooling-off period, you must sent a signed message to us at Fax No. 03-2163 1393 stating your wish to waive your cooling-off period right.

Registration Process

Who can purchase products at CLIK 'n SHOP?
This service is exclusively for MBF CardMembers only.
  
What if I am not an MBF CardMember?
We suggest you apply online for an MBF MasterCard/Visa via CLIK 'n APPLY here.
  
How do I register as an MBF Online Services user?
As a first time user of this service, you will spend less than 3 minutes to fill up a simple Online Registration Page. Once you have submitted the Registration page and has agreed to the Terms & Conditions (T & C), you will see a Registration Confirmation Page informing you about the status of your registration.
 
Successful online registrants will be guided to click on to our Members Logon Page. As a successful registrant, you can immediately enter your unique User ID and Password to login to purchase products at CLIK 'n SHOP.
 
There will also be a registration acknowledgement e-mail message sent to your registered email address. 
 
(N.B : Existing CLIK 'n PAY users need NOT register again. Just login using the same CLIK 'n PAY ID and Password to transact at CLIK 'n SHOP.)
  
Why do I have to call MBF Cards to activate my account?

If your registration information does not match our records, you will be required to call us before we activate your account. This is in compliance to our security measures. 

 
Do I need to register every time I want to shop at CLIK 'n SHOP?
No. You only have to register once.
  
How will I know my registration is successful?
Your registration is considered successful only after we have validated your registration and activated your account. You will see our Registration Confirmation on screen.

An acknowledgement e-mail will also be sent to you.
  
How soon after registration can I use this service?
Immediately upon successful activation of your account.
 
Will my account expire after a certain time?
Yes, your account will automatically expire if you have not used at least one of the following online services for a period of 6 months from your last usage date:

If your account has expired, you have to register again.

Payment Settlement
How will I be billed?
All CLIK 'n SHOP transactions will be reflected on your monthly MBF MasterCard/Visa statement of account.
 
How long is my purchase history stored?
You can view your past 12 months purchase records at “Purchase History" under CLIK 'n SHOP.

Transaction Confirmation
How do I know that my transaction has been approved or declined?
Your transaction is processed in real time and you will receive an on screen confirmation number for each successful order. A declined message will be displayed for an unsuccessful CLIK 'n SHOP transaction.
  
What if there is no Approval Code issued or no response confirming the status of my transaction?
Please go to “Purchase History”  under CLIK 'n SHOP to verify the status of your transaction. If the particular transaction is successful, it will be reflected in the “Purchase History” page.  If it is not reflected, you will need to resubmit your transaction.

MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd has secured its website with Server Digital Certificate issued by Thawte Server Certification, a VeriSign company, is a global provider of digital certificate products. All our Website visitors can verify the authenticity of our security certificate from their browser by clicking on the Thawte Authentic Site Seal displayed at our web page. Confidential information can be sent to us without fear of interception as all data in transmission over the Internet is being protected by our implementation of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) cryptography.
  
What should I do if I see a 'Security Alert' message?
The 'Security Alert' message you see on your screen represents a typical browser response upon entering a SECURED website. Similar security screen prompt can happen to any other secured Websites. As mentioned above, MBF MasterCard's Website is secured by Thawte Server Certification, a VeriSign company, is a global provider of digital certificate products. You should proceed to enter our secured Website by clicking 'YES' to the security messages.
  
How can I be assured that my User ID and/or Password will not be used by any other person?
Your User ID and Password are chosen by you. As such you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and/or Password. You are also responsible for any purchases effected using your User ID and Password. MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd shall be released from all legal responsibility arising from any claims, damages or loss which you may make, incur and/or suffer in respect of any breach of your User ID and/or Password.
   
What if I forgot my password?
Just click on the "If you have misplaced or lost your password, ..." link at the login page. Logon using your User ID and Password, proceed to answer your Challenge Question. Please note that your Challenge Answer is case sensitive. Thereafter a temporary password will be sent to your e-mail. Use that temporary password to login and change your password immediately.
   
What if I forgot my User ID and / or Challenge Answer?
You will have to re-register again.
Will anyone view my personal information when I transact through CLIK 'n SHOP?
No. Transaction processes as well as the flow of sensitive information are protected by the use of encryption technology and are handled within the secure zone of our computer systems. We highly respect the security and the confidentiality of our customers data.

Placing an order
How do I place the order?
When you decide on an item you wish to purchase, simply click on "Add to Shopping Cart". If the item you have selected has additional options e.g. size, colour etc. click on the drop down menu and select accordingly.
After you put an item in your Shopping Cart, you can proceed to Checkout to complete your purchase or to continue shopping. You can cancel your order at any point by removing items from the Shopping Cart or by simply not proceeding to Checkout. You can also review your total order, including the number of BonusLink points that you would be rewarded with.
  
Once you choose to Checkout, please provide your delivery information. Upon submission, you will receive a reference number for your order. We will send an email to your registered email address to confirm your order within 24 hours.
  
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are subject to approval. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery after the end of the 10-day cooling-off period. If you wish to receive your orders sooner, you must send and sign a fax message to MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd at 03-2163 1393 stating that you wish to waive your right on the cooling-off period to expedite delivery of your orders.

Delivery
Is there any delivery charge?
Delivery charges, if any, are displayed below the price of the item at CLIK 'n SHOP. We do not allow delivery to addresses outside of Malaysia.
   
Can I order and have the items delivered to a third party address?
Yes. The recipient's name and address must be clearly stated on the order form. Note that items ordered by you and delivered to a third party will still be billed to your MBF MasterCard/Visa statement of account. Free gift, if any, is subject to stock availability.
How can I check on my order and delivery status?
You can view your confirmed order and and delivery status by clicking on the icon "Purchase History".

Terms & Conditions

Products cannot be couriered to a P.O. Box. Please be sure to provide a complete address.

Delivery will vary according to the merchandise you order and/or the location of the delivery address. Generally it will take 7 to 14 days from the expiry of the 10-day cooling-off period.

Billing for the order is upon fulfillment. Partial fulfillment for a particular item is not allowed.

Cooling-off period is 10 days. You can cancel your order within the cooling-off period if you had not specifically waived your right on the cooling-off period.
