About Clik‘n Shop: MBF Cards eShopping

Clik'n Shop represents yet another one of MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd (MBFC) flagship of innovative e-applications providing more value and cash savings for MBF CardMembers to shop online. The Clik'n Shop service consists of three main shopping avenues, namely the MBF Cards-ST Mart (SimeShop) affiliated link, pre-selected range of MBF Cards merchandise, and links to some Distinguished International Merchants. The MBF Cards eShopping is targeted exclusively for MBF CardMembers only. All existing MBF CardMembers can access the Clik'n Shop page, however, SimeShop and MBF Cards Merchandise sites are only accessible to valid Clik'n Pay users. New Clik'n Shop users must first register themselves as Clik'n Pay users before they are allowed to link to ST-Mart e-shopping site (SimeShop).

Can I use the Clik'n Shop Service from anywhere?

Yes. You can access the Clik'n Shop Service from anywhere, as long as you have access to the Internet.

Are there any special requirements for the Internet software on my PC?
No. Clik‘n Shop webite is accessible through any Internet software.  You only need to install a Web browser (e.g Microsoft Internet Explore or Netscape Navigator Version 4.0 and above) on your PC and connect to the Internet via Internet Service Provider.

What is common between Clik'n Shop and Clik'n 'n Pay?

All existing valid Clik'n Pay users can access to Clik'n Shop Service using the same User IDs and Passwords.

Registration Process

Who can use Clik'n Shop Service?

This service is exclusively for MBF MasterCard Members who has registered as a Clik 'n Pay user.

What if I am not holding an MBF MasterCard? 

At this moment, this service is exclusively for MBF MasterCard Members, we recommend you to apply for an MBF MasterCard.

How do I register?  

As a first time user of Clik'n Shop Service, you are required to register at our Website, http://mbfcards.com. Once your registration is approved by MBF MasterCard, you will receive an acknowledgement message via e-mail .You can then proceed to use Clik'n Shop Service.

( N.B : Existing Clik 'n Pay users need NOT register again. They may use their User Ids and Passwords to access our Clik'n Shop Service.)

Do I need to register every time I want to shop at Clik'n Shop?

No. You only have to register once but you will need your User ID and Password for subsequent Clik'n Shop Service login.

What if there is a change to my MBF MasterCard card number?

You will need to register again.

How will I know if my registration is successful?

You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail message. Please ensure that you supply us a valid e-mail address.

How soon after registration can I use this service?

Immediately after your registration is successful.

Payment Settlement

How will I be billed?

All Clik'n Shop Service transactions will be reflected in your monthly MBF MasterCard statement of account.

How long is my payment history stored?

You can view your past 12 months payment records at “History of Past Payment" at Clik 'n Pay Service.

Transaction Confirmation

How do I know that my transaction has been approved or declined?

An Approval Code will be issued for each successful transaction and a decline message will be displayed for each unsuccessful transaction.

What if there is no Approval Code issued or no response confirming the status of my transaction?

Please go to “History of Past Payments”  in Clik 'n Pay Service to verify the status of your transaction.  If the particular transaction is successful, it will be reflected in the “History of Past Payments” page.  If it is not reflected, you will need to resubmit your transaction.

How secure is Clik'n Shop Service?

MBF MasterCard has secured its website with Server Digital Certificate issued by Thawte Server Certification, a VeriSign company, is a global provider of digital certificate products. All our Website visitors can verify the authenticity of our security certificate from their browser by clicking on the Thawte Authentic Site Seal displayed at our web page. Confidential information can be sent to us without fear of interception as all data in transmission over the Internet is being protected by our implementation of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) cryptography.

How can I be assured that my User ID and/or Password will not be used by any other person? 

Your User ID and Password are chosen by you. As such you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and/or Password. You are also responsible for any transaction/payment effected using your User ID and Password.

MBF MasterCard shall be released from all legal responsibility arising from any claims, damages or loss which you may make, incur and/or suffer in respect of any breach of your User ID and/or Password.

Will anyone view my personal information when I effect the payment through Clik'n Shop Service?

No. Payment transaction processes as well as the flow of sensitive information are protected by the use of encryption technology and are handled within the secure zone of our computer systems. We highly respect the security and the confidentiality of our customers data.

Can my registered information be changed anytime? 

Yes. You may click on "Update User Profile" option at Clik 'n Pay Mainpage to change your password , e-mail address , challenge question and answer.

I am a registered user, but I forgot my Password.  What can I do?
You will be guided through these simple steps :-
i)     Clik on “I Forgot My Password and I Still Want To Use My Account”.
ii)    You will then be reminded of your Password by answering the “Challenge Question” which you provided when you first registered.

About SimeShop

MBF Cards has established an affiliation with SimeTechnology's (a Sime Darby subsidiary) to leverage its online shopping, namely ST Mart. This mutually beneficial linkage is providing exclusive shopping privileges for MBF CardMembers. Hence, SimeShop as it is appropriately named, represents one of the three main eshopping avenues made available at our Clik'n Shop site.

Register & Login

Customers of SimeShop are required to register themselves for security reasons, as SimeShop is an exclusive benefit to MBF MasterCard members only. The registration and logging in process is a one-time affair for our records. In the future, you will be directed straight to SimeShop’s home page when you click on the SimeShop link in the MBF portal.

 Shopping Cart

The shopping cart is exactly that – a shopping cart! You will not be charged if you add an item to your shopping cart! Shopping cart technology allows you to store items which you might want to buy. When you come across items, which you want to buy, don’t hesitate to add it to your shopping cart. Your shopping cart will store the items that you have selected and can be easily removed – just click on the MyCarts icon in the top toolbar to view and update items you’ve selected. To simplify the process, SimeShop will create a unique shopping cart for each shop you visited. So, if you have chosen items from more than one shop into your shopping cart, clicking on MyCarts will show you all the used shopping carts from all the stores accordingly.

Check Out

When you are satisfied with your selection and decide to purchase the items selected, simply click on Check Out Now button on your shopping cart page and confirm the delivery method and details.

 Our delivery is done by Pony Express. Delivery made to Peninsular Malaysia will be completed the next day. While Sabah and Sarawak delivery points will be between 3 to 4 days.

Payment

All payments for purchases in SimeShop will be conducted through your MBF MasterCard. You will receive confirmation of payment status at the end of the payment process.

Once you have completed the "Check Out" process, we will send you an e-mail with an Order Number as acknowledgement that we have received your order and are processing it. To view the status of your orders, please click on the  My Orders button.

You will receive an Order Number when you submit your order, which will also be sent to your email account, specified during registration. Please keep this Order Number for any future communications with our Customer Service.

Out of Stock Situation

If any of the items you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you within 48 hours. You may choose to have the other items delivered first and be kept informed about the stock status of the items. Payment will be revised accordingly.

Refund / Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with any of the items you receive, please direct all enquiries through e-mail at returns@simesystem.com or call 03-4698633 for arrangements.

Please be informed of the following refund/return procedures:

1.      Return / Refund of Unsatisfied Goods

If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you received, you have 10 business days to return the goods. To return goods, please follow the following steps:

I.                    Please inform us through e-mail at returns@simesystem.com or call 03-4698633 within 7 business days (from the date of shipment receipt).

II.                 You have the remaining 3 days to return the goods to the following address:
